These turkey sausages are made with clean ingredients. They are high in protein and low in fat and sodium - a great alternative to traditional pork sausages. Whether grilled on the BBQ, tossed in a pasta dish, served on a bun or slow cooked in a soup, they are sure to be a new family favourite.
Cook to an internal temperature of 170°F (77°C). Turn often for even browning.
Pan Fry: Cook over medium/low heat with ½ cup (125 ml) water for 20 minutes.
Oven: Set oven to 350°F (170°C). Place on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes.
Grilled: Cook on medium/low heat for 15-20 minutes.
