Mediterranean Turkey Sausage

These turkey sausages are made with clean ingredients. They are high in protein and low in fat and sodium - a great alternative to traditional pork sausages. Whether grilled on the BBQ, tossed in a pasta dish, served on a bun or slow cooked in a soup, they are sure to be a new family favourite.
Ingredients: Turkey, Reconstituted turkey broth (water, turkey broth powder, salt, flavour), Dehydrated vegetables (red bell pepper, onion, tomato, garlic), Vinegar, Corn flake crumb, Sea salt, Spices, Natural flavour.
Cook to an internal temperature of 170°F (77°C). Turn often for even browning.
Pan Fry: Cook over medium/low heat with ½ cup (125 ml) water for 20 minutes.
Oven: Set oven to 350°F (170°C). Place on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes.
Grilled: Cook on medium/low heat for 15-20 minutes.
