Cheesy Chicken Fingers

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 25 minutes 6 servings


1 package Granny's Chicken Breast Fillets
4 egg whites
1/2 cup | 120 ml milk
2 cups | 475 ml corn flakes
1 cup | 240 ml shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp | 15 ml olive oil
to taste salt & ground pepper


Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Set up three bowls with the following: 1) Flour mixed with a pinch of salt and pepper. 2) An egg wash made by beating the eggs and milk together. 3) Corn flakes mixed with cheese. Coat a 13x9 inch baking pan with olive oil.
Dip chicken pieces in the seasoned flour, then into the egg wash. Then roll them in the cheesy corn flake mixture, coating the entire piece of chicken and placing it on the baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even browning.
