- Heat oil in a frying pan to medium-high and sauté sausage, onion and celery crumbling the sausage with a spoon as it cooks.
- Once the meat is browned add the tomatoes and allspice and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the green onion and lime juice and stir, then set aside.
- Serve in tacos topped with lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, cheese, cilantro and your favourite hot sauce.
