Turkey, Feta & Red Pepper Dip

Granny's Leftover Turkey or Granny's Boneless, Skinless Turkey Breast, roasted and shredded
1 package of cream cheese, softened (8oz block)
1 cup | 250 ml chopped roasted sweet red peppers
1/4 cup | 60 ml sour cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 package feta (6 oz block, removed from brine)
1/3 cup | 60 ml fresh basil, minced & divided
to taste salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Using paddle attachment, mix cream cheese, roasted sweet red peppers, sour cream, garlic and salt and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated and smooth.
Crumble fet block into mixture then add shredded turkey. Mix until incorporated. Fold in half of the basil.
Transfer mixture to a greased 8x8 baking dish. Bake until warm and bubbly - roughly 30 minutes.
Spoon mixture into individual serving bowls, top with remaining basil and serve with rice crackers and crudités.
