Each completed ballot will be automatically entered into the contest. Promotion starts 12:00:01 am CDT, June 15, 2019. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm CDT June 28, 2019 (the “Promotion Closing Date”). Granny’s Poultry Co-operative (Manitoba) Ltd. and Manitoba Turkey Producers (the “Promotion Sponsor”) are not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, late, lost or destroyed entries. Limited to one entry per person, per eligible order.
Prizes – There is a total of three customer prizes consisting of: First Prize: (1) $200 Participating Restaurant gift certificate, Second Prize: (1) $100 Participating Restaurant gift certificate and Third Prize. (1) $50 Participating Restaurant gift certificate. Winners will have the chance to select the gift certificate from one of the participating restaurants.
Selection of winner –The customer winner(s) will be randomly selected and will be contacted by phone or email by Monday, July 8, 2019.
The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada (excluding Québec), that have reached the age of majority at the time of entry except employees and persons with whom they are domiciled, or a family member of an employee or residing with a family member (defined as biological, step, or adoptive mother, father, daughter, son, sister, brother or spouse) of an employee, of the Contest Sponsor and its advertising and promotional agencies, or any of their affiliated or associated companies. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to modify, amend or terminate this contest in whole or in part at any time without notice and with no obligation or liability, subject to applicable law.
Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded, is non-refundable and non-transferable and has no cash value. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants. Entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor, its parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, members, dealers, advertising, franchisees, promotional agencies and each of their respective directors, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, officers, subsidiaries, agents, employees, advisors, assignees, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest (the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all manner of action, causes of action, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, claims and demands, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach and liability for injury, death, or property damage which the entrants or his/her administrators, heirs, successors or assigns might have or could have, by reason of or arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by the entrant of the Prize awarded and from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the Contest and the awarding, use, or misuse of any prize awarded, including liability for personal injury or damage to property. Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest, unless entrant opts into receiving promotional information from Granny’s Poultry or Manitoba Turkey Producers.
All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor upon receipt and the information will be used for the administrative purposes of this Contest and for additional promotion on social media. The Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Contest Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or down loading any material in the promotion. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Every potential prize winner agrees to cooperate fully with the Contest Sponsor in connection with any investigation undertaken by any independent organization and/or Contest Sponsor to verify his/her eligibility and to verify his/her compliance with the Contest rules and regulations. Entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules and the decisions of the independent judging panel, which are final.
By accepting prizes awarded under this contest, the winner(s) expressly agree that Granny’s Poultry and Manitoba Turkey Producers shall have the right to publish, print, and/or display the names, story and photographs of the winners in all manner of media including, but not limited to, printed, television, radio and internet and that such right shall be at no cost to Granny’s Poultry and Manitoba Turkey Producers.
