honey |

soy sauce |

balsamic vinegar |

Directions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken wings and toss to coat thoroughly.
- Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
- Place oven rack in middle position.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Drain wings and brown in a little olive oil in a skillet for a few minutes.
- In the meantime, bring marinade to a boil and cook until thickened. Set aside.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place wings on parchment paper and brush with marinade just before cooking to prevent any contamination.
- Bake for 40 minutes until thoroughly caramelized, turning chicken halfway through cooking.
