Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 packages Granny's Chicken Wings
3 tbsp | 45 ml hot sauce
3 tbsp | 45 ml butter
1/2 tsp | 2.5 ml vinegar
1/2 tsp | 2.5 ml Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp | 2.5 ml cayenne pepper (or more for hotter wings)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add wings.
  3. Return to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain wings in a colander and then pat dry with paper towel.
  5. Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook for 20 minutes then turn and cook for another 20 minutes or until wings are crispy.
  6. While wings are cooking, melt butter in a saucepan or the microwave. Mix melted butter with vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper.
  7. Toss wings with Buffalo sauce and serve.
