Greek Turkey Breast Burgers

1 package Granny’s Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper Boneless Turkey Breast, skin removed and finely chopped
1 tbsp | 15 ml garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup | 65 ml fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup | 65 ml kalamata olives, pitted and diced small
1/2 cup | 125 ml feta, crumbled
1 tbsp | 15 ml fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp | 45 ml breadcrumbs
1/4 cup | 65 ml egg white
2 tbsp | 30 ml olive oil


Preheat grill to medium (350°F | 175°C).
Combine turkey, garlic, dill, olives, feta, lemon juice, breadcrumbs and mix evenly.
Add eggs whites and mix.
Form into 4-6 patties, about ½” thick.
Brush patties with oil and grill over direct medium heat for about 8 minutes on each side until a thermometer probe reads 170°F (77°C). Serve with pita bread and tzatziki.
