Greek Turkey Meatballs with Tzatziki Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

1 lb | 450 g Granny's Lean Ground Turkey
1 tsp | 5 ml garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp | 5 ml lemon zest
1 tbsp | 15 ml pine nuts, chopped
1 tbsp | 15 ml flat leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp | 30 ml roasted red peppers, finely chopped
to taste sale & pepper
2 tbsp | 30 ml olive oil

Tzatziki Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup | 125 ml Greek yogurt
2 tbsp | 30 ml English cucumber, finely diced
1/2 tsp | 2.5 ml garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp | 5 ml fresh dill, coarsely chopped
1/4 tsp | 1.25 ml salt
to taste ground pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix tzatziki dipping sauce ingredients and refrigerate.
Combine turkey, garlic, lemon zest, pine nuts, parsley, salt and pepper. Form into bite sized balls and pan fry until lightly brown.
Transfer to a baking sheet and cook for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked. Serve meatballs warm with tzatziki sauce.
