Grilled Turkey Fajitas

1 Granny's Boneless, Skinless Turkey Breast
2 tbsp | 30 ml vegetable oil
1 cup | 250 ml bell peppers, sliced
1/2 cup | 125 ml red onion, sliced
1 tbsp | 15 ml garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp | 5 ml cumin
1 tsp | 5 ml paprika
1 tsp | 5 ml oregano
1 tsp | 5 ml sea salt
1/2 tsp | 2.5 ml ground pepper

Optional garnishes

soft flour or corn tortillas
sour cream


Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat (375°F | 190°C).
Heat a large cast iron pan over direct heat for 10 minutes.
Slice turkey into thin slices.
Once the cast iron pan is hot, add oil, turkey, peppers and onion and stir well.
Grill for 5 minutes.
Add garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper to the cast iron pan.
Continue stirring until turkey is fully cooked.
Serve in soft tortillas with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
