Herbed Turkey Rub

1/4 cup | 60 ml canola oil
1 tbsp | 15 ml Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp | 15 ml white wine
1 tbsp | 15 ml balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp | 15 ml onion, minced
4 tsp | 20 ml fresh rosemary, chopped
4 tsp | 20 ml fresh thyme, chopped
4 tsp | 20 ml garlic, minced
1 tsp | 5 ml sea salt


Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let sit for 30 minutes for flavours to mix.
Coat either a whole turkey or turkey cuts with rub.
Roast or barbecue turkey until a digital thermometer read 170°F (77°C) in the thickest part of the meat away from any bones.
Let turkey rest (cover with a loose tent of foil) in a warm place for 15-20 minutes before carving.
