Lime Chili Chicken Wings

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 1 hour 24 pieces servings

Ingredients

2 lb | 900 g Granny’s fresh chicken wings
1 1/2 tsp | 7.5 ml mild paprika
1/2 tsp | 2.5 ml ground cumin
1/2 tsp | 2.5 ml ground coriander seed
To taste freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp | 5 ml garlic, finely chopped
3 tbsp | 45 ml lime juice
1 1/2 tsp | 7.5 ml dried red chili flakes
1/2 tsp | 2.5 ml sea salt
1 tbsp | 15 ml vegetable oil
2 tbsp | 30 ml cilantro, freshly chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for cilantro.
Marinate chicken wings for 1-3 hours.
Place wings 1/2 an inch ( 1.25 cm) apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or tin foil.
Bake for approximately 1 hour.
Toss with cilantro and serve.
