Turkey Fettuccine Alfredo

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 30 minutes 4-6 servings

Ingredients

1 Package Granny’s Boneless, Skinless Turkey Breast, cut into small cubes
1 lb | 454 g dried fettuccine pasta
1 tbsp | 15 ml olive oil
1 tbsp | 15 ml butter
1 tbsp | 15 ml garlic, finely chopped
2 cups | 500 ml whipping cream
1/4 - 1/2 cup | 65-126 ml reserved pasta water
1/2 cup | 125 ml Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp | 15 ml Italian parsley, coarsely chopped
To taste sea salt and ground pepper

Directions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, cook pasta until al dente and then drain reserving a half cup of the water.
Heat oil and butter in a large skillet. Add turkey and brown meat. Remove turkey from pan and set aside.
Add garlic to pan and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add cream and bring to a simmer. Once the sauce starts to thicken, add turkey.
Add reserved pasta sauce to reach desired sauce consistency. Mix well.
Add pasta and Parmesan cheese, parsley and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
