Turkey Fillets with Dijon Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

1 package Granny’s Salt & Pepper Marinated Turkey Fillets
1 tbsp|15 ml Smak Dab White Wine Herb mustard or any Dijon mustard
1 tbsp|15 ml olive oil
1 tsp|5 ml corn starch
1 tsp|5 ml honey
1/2 cup|125 ml cold water
1/2 tsp|2.5 ml Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp|2.5 ml cider vinegar
1/4 tsp|1.25 ml sea salt
1 tbsp|15 ml Italian parsley, coarsely chopped

Directions

Coat fillets with 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
Brown turkey fillets in a frying pan over medium heat with olive oil, turning them occasionally until they are fully cooked (about 8 minutes).
In a small bowl, combine corn starch, honey, 1 teaspoon Dijon, cider vinegar, sea salt and cold water and mix well. Add to frying pan and simmer, scraping pieces from the bottom of the pan.
Add parsley to sauce.
Serve Dijon sauce over turkey fillets.
